For raw material control, each batch must come with a qualification certificate and material composition report. Upon arrival, the material is promptly inspected by our quality control team using samples. Unqualified materials are rejected. Forging alters material crystals, so we test forged materials in our lab. Specific products, like sealing and pressfit items, undergo triple stress testing and material composition checks to ensure final product quality.
Annealing is crucial for product durability and safety. We perform it in stages, strictly following Australian standards. Brass material heated to a specific temperature undergoes crystal realignment, making temperature control vital to avoid damaging dezincification resistance. Our process significantly enhances corrosion and dezincification resistance, aligning with environmental standards for use in sanitary products and direct drinking water projects, ensuring water purity.
Quality control in production involves multiple checks. First, inspectors measure rough accuracy per the drawing using Australian-imported tools. Second, they continuously monitor each product during production. The packaging workshop examines product appearance and size. Finally, each product's size must conform to AS3688 standards, with quality personnel recording test data. Pressure-tested products undergo airtightness or water tightness checks to meet pressure standards.
For packaging, especially exports, we use double packaging-small boxes within larger ones-ensuring product safety and minimizing transit damage.
